Solar Builder magazine’s Project of the Year has just been announced.
TerraSmart’s Moapa Southern Paiute Solar, 353 MW project in Nevada won the ground-mount, utility-scale category and we are delighted this amazing project was voted in as the winner.
This project is the first and largest utility-scale solar plant on U.S. tribal lands and a testament to the value of partnerships and overcoming unique project obstacles. The project utilized TerraSmart’s surveying, drilling, ground screw and fixed-tilt mounting solutions on approximately 2,000 acres on the Moapa River Indian Reservation in Clark County, Nevada.
Thank you to all who supported TerraSmart by voting for this landmark project.
