At Terrasmart, our manufacturing capabilities reflect our lifecycle approach to ground mount products and eBOS solutions. With over 25 GWs of solar deployed across 6,000 PV systems, we’ve leveraged our advanced manufacturing to deliver maximum value and accommodate America’s ever-increasing demand for solar made in the USA.

State-of-the-art 125,000 square-foot facility in Cincinnati, Ohio is equipped with cutting-edge manufacturing equipment that increases production velocity for our ground mount products, which include fixed and tracker, along with our pile and ground screw foundations, and purlins to support our canopy division.

Our eBOS assembly in Grand Rapids, Michigan produces custom-made DC and AC combiners and recombiners, homerun, and wire solutions in our 100,000 sq ft facility.

Ensuring a safety-first culture

At Terrasmart, we put safety first; training is a major part of that effort. At Steger facility, in addition to the ‘toolbox talks’ held daily across all shifts, teams receive “lock-out tag-out” training in safely de-energizing solar arrays annually. In addition, every year, they receive hazard training related to bloodborne pathogens and forklift certification. Bi-annual training on first aid and CPR requirements for team members also help keep our teams safe.

At our Grand Rapids eBOS facility, in addition to the monthly ‘train the trainer’ activities for all team members, we conduct unique safety training customized to each position’s responsibility.
