CORROSION

Environmental challenges like corrosion and salty sea spray can be constant forces against a system’s piles and racks. To stand up against the corrosive marine climate, Terrasmart designers will customize systems, coating structures with epoxy or using higher-grade hot-dipped galvanization techniques to achieve superior corrosion resistance.

REDUCE
REFUSALS

In nominal conditions and terrain, driven piles can yield great results. Things aren’t so simple on an island or coastal landscape, where hardened coral or limestone soils require added durability. Often, ground screws are the only viable option to penetrate such rocky terrain. Terrasmart’s subsurface expertise, value-engineered design, and dedicated installation crew make for higher-quality, faster, and more cost-effective builds.

TERRAIN

Steep challenges on uneven terrain can significantly impact a project’s constructability and performance. Terrasmart offers unique strategies to maximize returns on hilly topography while deleting risks on the trickiest of sites.
